JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Admin HR Leader (focusing on Administration/C&B/ Policy and Engagement functions). You will ensure a smooth office environment, optimize HR processes, and foster a positive company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Admin and Office Management:
- Manage and implement all the Administrative functions.
- Oversee daily HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
- Implement & update company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Manage office supplies and equipment (procurement, distribution, and repairs). Control admin expenses and office budget.
- Track office asset usage and coordinate with accounting for inventory management.
- Responsible for setting up new offices or expanding existing offices, from planning to searching for locations to supervising the execution with construction partners.
HR:
- Ensure a professional and positive experience for new and existing employees by collaborating with other functions of our Back Office Team (Talent Acquisition / Accounting / Legal).
- Review/ update and manage all sorts of HR documents, procedures, policies, regulations…
- Directly administer and operate the company’s compensation & benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and other perks.
- Prepare and deliver regular HR reports and analytics to line managers.
- Provide advisory support to line managers on compensation issues.
- Communicate effectively with employees, addressing inquiries and providing necessary guidance.
- Manage the delivery of training programs, ensuring quality and consistency across all initiatives.
- Host the internal events related to employee engagement purpose, including but not limited to such as Happy Hours, Monthly Birthday Party, Team Building…
Policy & Compliance:
- Work closely with various departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
- Ensuring alignment with local labor laws and best HR practices.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to management on employee relations, disciplinary issues, and grievance procedures.
- Train and educate employees and managers on company policies and HR processes.
- Foster a positive working environment by training subordinates with a high standard service mindset; organize engagement events (birthdays, team-building, town hall); act as an advisory center for all employees about HR- Admin issues.
- Other duties as assigned by the line manager - HRM.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 8 years of experience in the Admin - HR/ Office. A significant advantage would be given to candidates with practical team management experience.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including compensation, benefits administration, labor laws, and policy development.
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws, HR best practices, and office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to communicate in English in a working environment.
